Early this summer, Infocus released a new HD projector, the IN119HDx for classroom and conference room applications.
Highly portable and light weight (around 5 pounds), this projector has a 1080p native resolution, high brightness, high contrast and numerous input options including HDMI.
The projector supports 3D content from Blu-ray, cable boxes, dish services and more (via HDMI) plus PC-based 3D content at 120Hz.
A review by Projector Central states, "The IN119HDx creates a very bright image in its preset operating modes, with light output ranging from 2400 lumens to roughly 900 lumens in modes more tailored to video."
According to the reviewer, "The projector creates an image powerful enough to combat moderate ambient light."
Perhaps the most attractive feature of the IN119HDx is the price. At around $550, it ranks as one of the lowest cost projectors in it's class. This projector should fit most school and business media / presentation budgets.
