Hitachi Projectors Now Maxell

As of October 1, 2019, Maxell Corporation of American (a subsidiary of Maxell Ltd.) will assume complete responsibility for all Hitachi brand projectors and Maxell brand projectors in the North American market.
Since July of 2013, when Maxell acquired the Hitachi projector line, they have overseen the development and production of Hitachi brand projectors.
The transition from Hitachi to Maxell is complete as of Oct 1. All new projectors will be branded Maxell.
Existing customers will not see any changes in representation, warranty conditions, or customer service for Hitachi brand projectors.
