Pendant Mount STBF-24 360° UVC Upper Air Fixture - 1000-1400 sq. ft.

Indirect upper air ultraviolet germicidal fixtures have been used and studied for almost 100 years to help reduce the spread of airborne pathogens. These fixtures can help reduce person-to-person transmission of microbes in any area, especially densely populated open spaces.

Pendant mounted fixtures like the STBF-24 are designed for spaces where wall or corner mounting may not be an option to cover the entire space adequately. Maximal coverage can be achieved in larger rooms with the pendant mounted fixture, providing 360° of UVC radiation.

How It Works

The STBF-24 utilizes an array of ultraviolet UVC light bulbs around a central reflector. A quiet fan helps circulate air in the room, while the louvered exterior allows the fixture to be operated in occupied spaces, as long as the fixture is mounted at least 12 1/2 feet above the ground.

The STBF-24 is equipped with eye bolts at all four corners of the fixture. It can be suspended from high ceilings in a variety of ways to ensure it is installed at an adequate height.

This fixture is primarily intended for high bay applications. It has been constructed to provide an aesthetically pleasing appearance, as well as maximal UV germicidal irradiation coverage of large spaces.
